We are FSC Certified Chain-of-Custody supplier for wood products. Our Certified wood products come from ”well-managed” forests adhering to the strict environmental and socioeconomic standards in accordance with the Principles and Criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). We are committed to helping our customers maximize their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) credits as developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.

We stock a wide range of untreated FSC certified lumber, plywood and sheet goods. The Flameproof Company purchases FSC Certified direct from the mills and treats to order in either Fire Retardant or ACQ®. This eliminates much wasted time as well as multiple cost mark-ups in addition to providing shorter lead times and competitive pricing for your green building materials.
